What the 789com VIP Program is and why it exists

Frequent bettors know it well: not every player is the same, and a platform that treats everyone equally ends up overlooking the ones who genuinely chose it as their home. 789com created the VIP Program to change exactly that — to make sure players who truly engage get something back beyond their own bets.

The program works based on the betting volume you accumulate over time. No tricks, no draws: the more you bet on 789com, the more points you earn, the higher you climb, and the more real benefits you receive. We're not talking about symbolic perks — we're talking about higher cashback, larger withdrawal limits, early access to promotions, and a dedicated account manager for top-level members.

The starting point is accessible: any registered 789com user who makes their first deposit and starts betting is automatically placed in the Bronze level of the program. Progression is natural — there's nothing separate to sign up for and no specific tasks to complete. The system tracks your betting history and updates your level monthly. When a promotion is good enough to move you up a tier, 789com notifies you through the app.

VIP is automatic — just keep playing

No forms to fill out, no hidden criteria. Every verified 789com account holder is automatically enrolled in the VIP Program from their very first deposit. Progression between tiers is calculated based on betting volume over the past 30 days.

What changes when you level up
  • Higher weekly cashback: the cashback percentage on losses increases with each level, reaching 20% at Diamond.
  • Faster withdrawals: Gold and Diamond members have a priority queue for Pix withdrawal processing, with a 15-minute turnaround at the highest level.
  • Higher withdrawal limits: the daily withdrawal limit increases with each level, giving more flexibility to players who bet in higher volumes.
  • Personalized bonuses: from Silver onwards, 789com sends offers tailored specifically to your betting profile, based on the sports you play most.
  • Dedicated account manager (Diamond): the highest tier gives you access to a personal account manager available on WhatsApp to handle any issue with top priority.

How level evaluation works: Your VIP level is calculated based on total volume wagered over the last 30 rolling days. Updates happen automatically on the 1st of each month. If your volume drops below the current level's minimum, you stay at that level for another 30 days before being reclassified. Each level's benefits are applied automatically to your account.

VIP Benefits in Detail

Every perk in the program was designed for players who bet regularly on 789com and expect more than the basics.

Automatic Weekly Cashback

Every Monday, 789com calculates your net losses from the previous week and automatically credits the cashback percentage for your VIP level to your bonus balance. No request needed, no hidden deadlines — the money lands on its own. For Diamond members, this can add up to a meaningful return during tough weeks.

Priority Withdrawal via Pix

Gold and Diamond members enter a separate processing queue from standard users. While a regular withdrawal takes up to 30 minutes, VIP withdrawals are processed in up to 15 minutes. For Diamond members, processing is handled manually with top priority — ideal for players who move higher amounts on a regular basis.

Profile-Based Personalized Bonuses

From the Silver level onward, 789com analyzes the categories you bet on most — Brasileirão, Libertadores, UFC, slots, live casino — and sends offers built specifically around your betting pattern. If you mainly bet on football, the bonuses you receive are for football. No random offers that don't make sense for you.

Higher Withdrawal Limits

The higher your VIP level, the higher your daily withdrawal limit. Bronze starts at R$ 5,000.00 per day, Silver goes up to R$ 15,000.00, Gold to R$ 50,000.00, and Diamond has no set daily cap — withdrawals are negotiated individually with your account manager to avoid any impact on platform cash flow.

Early Access to Promotions

Gold and Diamond members receive 789com promotion notifications 24 hours before they open to the general public. This applies especially to boosted odds on UFC PPVs, Libertadores promotions, and special Brasileirão round bonuses — which tend to sell out fast.

Personal Account Manager (Diamond)

The Diamond level at 789com comes with a dedicated account manager, reachable via WhatsApp 24 hours a day. This professional handles any issue with top priority: stuck withdrawals, limit adjustments, exclusive bonus activation, event information, and support for any technical or financial matter.

What VIP members say about 789com

Testimonials from bettors who are part of the program and enjoy the benefits every day.

"The Gold-level cashback is what makes the biggest difference for me. Every Monday there's money back in my account, automatic, no need to ask for it. I've tried other platforms and none of them are as straightforward as 789com on that front."

Ricardo M. Gold
São Paulo – SP

"Being at Diamond changed my relationship with the platform entirely. Having an account manager on WhatsApp who responds in the middle of the night when you have an urgent question about a withdrawal is something most sites don't even offer."

Fernanda L. Diamond
Belo Horizonte – MG

"I reached Silver two months ago and I've already noticed the difference. The bonuses I get are football-focused, which is exactly what I bet on. I'm not getting casino offers I don't care about. That small detail makes a big difference."

Carlos H. Silver

Frequently Asked Questions about the 789com VIP Program

We've compiled the most frequently asked questions about the program. If you still have questions, 789com support is available 24 hours a day to help you.

Join the VIP Program

No. Every verified 789com user is automatically placed at the Bronze level of the VIP Program from their first deposit. There is no separate form or manual sign-up process. Simply create your account, verify your details, deposit, and start betting — the system tracks everything automatically and updates your level at the start of each month.

Volume is the total amount wagered on 789com over the last 30 rolling days, regardless of bet outcomes. A R$ 100.00 bet on Flamengo counts as R$ 100.00 toward your volume even if you lose. The calculation covers all categories: football, UFC, slots, live casino, crash games, and everything else. Level evaluation is done monthly based on this accumulated volume.

789com VIP cashback is credited as bonus balance with a 1x rollover — meaning you need to wager the received amount just once before withdrawing. This requirement is intentional, keeping the cashback as a betting benefit rather than a simple cash transfer. Bets on any market with minimum odds of 1.50 count toward meeting the cashback rollover.

There is a 30-day grace period. If your betting volume drops below your current level's minimum, you keep all that level's benefits for a full month before being reclassified. That gives you time to recover your volume without losing your perks immediately. 789com sends a notification when your volume is approaching the minimum threshold so you can keep track.

Every deposit made at 789com counts toward your VIP volume, regardless of payment method. You can deposit via Pix (fastest, instant credit), bank slip, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED bank transfer from any bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others). The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00 via Pix.

When you reach the Diamond level at 789com, the relationship team reaches out via email and within the platform to introduce your personal account manager and share their direct WhatsApp contact. From that point on, you have an exclusive channel available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Portuguese. This professional handles priority situations, negotiates exclusive bonuses, speeds up withdrawals, and serves as your direct point of contact for any need related to your 789com account.

VIP with Responsibility: bet within your limits

The 789com VIP Program rewards frequent bettors, but it's important to keep in mind: the program's goal is to recognize regular players, not to encourage betting beyond your means. Responsible gambling is an essential part of the VIP experience. 789com provides the following tools to help you stay in control:

Deposit limit

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. The system automatically blocks new deposits once your chosen limit is reached, regardless of your VIP level.

Voluntary break

Activate a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day break whenever you need one. During that time, deposits and bets are blocked — even for Diamond members. Your well-being comes before the program.

18+ only

789com and the VIP Program are strictly for adults. Mandatory identity verification ensures that no minors can access the benefits or the platform.

Need support?

If betting is affecting your financial or personal life, Jogadores Anônimos Brasil offers free and confidential support. Don't hesitate to ask for help — it matters more than any VIP level.

The best level is the one you can maintain

Moving up in the VIP Program is a result of betting consistently within a budget that doesn't affect your life. Never bet to reach a level — bet because you enjoy the sport.
