Who is 789com

789com is a Sports Betting and online entertainment platform built for the Brazilian bettor. The idea from day one was straightforward: create a betting house where users don't have to learn a new language, convert foreign currency, or wait days to withdraw their winnings. Everything at 789com was designed from the perspective of someone who lives and breathes sport in Brazil — and bets on it just as seriously.

The team behind 789com brings together professionals with backgrounds in financial technology, entertainment platform development, and the Brazilian Sports Betting market. We didn't come from the outside to figure out Brazil — we grew up watching the Brasileirão, cheering as Poatan knocked people out at the UFC, and supporting the same club our whole family has backed since childhood.

This shows in every detail of the platform: the sports and games covered, the available payment methods, the way support responds, and the speed at which withdrawals are processed. 789com isn't a generic platform adapted for Brazil — it was built for Brazil from the very first line of code.

Our mission in one sentence

To give every Brazilian bettor the best possible experience at every step — from deposit to withdrawal, through every bet, every odd, and every interaction with our support team.

Our story
Home
The idea takes shape

A group of Brazilian developers and bettors realizes that the platforms on the market were never built with Brazil in mind. 789com starts taking shape over weekly meetings and plenty of coffee.

Development
Platform built from scratch

The team builds the full infrastructure: odds engine, real-time Pix integration, mobile-optimized interface, and a Portuguese-language support system — all rigorously tested before launch.

Launch
789com live

789com launches with full coverage of the Brasileirão Série A, UFC, and Live Casino. Early users immediately notice the difference: instant Pix, competitive odds, and support that actually responds.

Growth
VIP Program and expansion

789com launches its VIP Program with cashback, a dedicated account manager, and level-based benefits. Coverage expands to include the Libertadores, state championships, volleyball, basketball (NBB), e-sports, and much more.

Today
Market consolidation

789com establishes itself as the go-to platform for Brazilian bettors who want a serious, fast, Portuguese-language experience — with the sport they love and the payment method they already use every day.

What sets 789com apart

Every detail of the platform was designed for those who bet in Brazil, with the Brazilian way of living sport in mind.

Pix that actually works

Pix deposits and withdrawals with real processing in minutes — not hours. 789com integrates directly with Brazil's financial system, with no intermediaries slowing down the path from your account to your pocket. For verified accounts, withdrawals take up to 30 minutes. VIP members get even faster processing.

Brazilian football as a priority

At 789com, the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and state championships get the same priority as the major European leagues — if not more. Every match of the round comes with full markets, odds available well in advance, and live betting updated minute by minute throughout all 90 minutes.

24/7 support in Portuguese

789com's support team is available in Portuguese, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No chatbot that can't understand your question, no 48-hour wait queue. When you need help — whether it's a withdrawal, a bonus, or a technical issue — there's a real person on the other end who actually responds.

Platform built for mobile

Most Brazilians access the internet on their phones, and 789com was built with that in mind. The interface works flawlessly on any Android or iPhone, loads quickly even on 4G connections, and lets you follow multiple live bets at once without freezing at the most critical moment of the match.

Security & LGPD Compliance

Your personal and financial data at 789com is protected by end-to-end encryption. The platform operates in full compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), ensuring your information is never shared without your explicit consent. You have complete control over your data at any time, directly from your account.

A VIP program that actually rewards you

The 789com VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — with automatic weekly cashback, priority withdrawals, personalized bonuses based on your betting profile, and a personal account manager at the top level. No forms to fill out: just bet and level up automatically.

Our values

789com was built on principles that guide every decision — from platform design to cashback policy. These aren't marketing values: they're the real criteria we apply whenever we have to choose between the easy path and the right one.

In the online betting market, it's easy to make promises and hard to keep them. 789com prefers to be judged by what it actually does — by the withdrawals processed fast, the support tickets that solved real problems, the odds that stayed open until the opening whistle. That's how we build trust with everyone who bets with us day after day.

Open My Account
Transparency

Clear terms, promotions with explicit conditions, and straightforward communication. At 789com you know exactly what you're betting on, what the rollover requirements are, and how much you'll receive if you win — no surprises when it's time to withdraw.

User-first focus

Every new feature at 789com goes through the same filter: will this make life easier for bettors? If it won't, it doesn't make the cut. That's why Pix processes in minutes and support responds in Portuguese without a rigid script.

Competitiveness

Odds that pay fairly, real cashback, and growing withdrawal limits for VIP users. 789com believes that retaining users through a great product is more sustainable than any retention trick the competition relies on.

Responsibility

Betting is entertainment. 789com provides deposit limits, voluntary pauses, and access to support resources because it believes user well-being comes before any revenue target. That stance isn't a requirement — it's a choice.

What you'll find at 789com

From the Brasileirão round to the UFC PPV, from slots to live casino — 789com covers everything the Brazilian bettor wants to wager on, with open odds, full markets, and live betting on the biggest events.

100% Brazilian payments at 789com

One of the first decisions the 789com team made was that the platform could never force Brazilian bettors to use payment methods they weren't already familiar with. Here you deposit and withdraw using exactly what you already use to pay bills, send money to friends, and receive your salary.

Pix is the fastest option: deposits hit your balance in seconds and withdrawals are processed in up to 30 minutes for verified accounts. But if you prefer boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or a TED bank transfer from your favorite bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil — everything works on 789com without any hassle.

Then confirm your email and complete identity verification by submitting a photo of your ID and a proof of address. Verification is required to enable withdrawals and keeps your account secure. At 789com you can deposit via Pix (instant, recommended), boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED bank transfer from any bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others. The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix. All methods are processed in BRL and 789com charges no fees on deposits.

Every verified-account holder is automatically enrolled in the 789com VIP Program at the Bronze level from their first deposit. Your level is calculated based on betting volume over the previous 30 days. At Diamond, you get a personal account manager available via WhatsApp 24 hours a day. No separate form, no manual sign-up: it's fully automatic.

Responsible gambling is part of who we are

789com believes betting is entertainment — and good entertainment is something you control, not something that controls you. That's why the platform offers self-management tools that any user can access at any time, with no approval or justification required:

Deposit limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The system automatically blocks any new deposits once you reach the amount you've chosen — no exceptions.

Voluntary pause

Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days whenever you need to. The block takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period — no exceptions.

18 and over only

789com is strictly for adults. Mandatory identity verification is a real barrier against underage access — not just a formality.

Need help?

If gambling is affecting your life, Jogadores Anônimos Brasil offers free, confidential, and judgment-free support. Don't hesitate to reach out — that comes before any bet.

Betting is entertainment, not an obligation

789com wants you to come back because you had fun — not because you lost and kept trying to win it back. That's what defines who we are.
